Fors­sas­sa Antin kon­di­to­ria hakee koko­päi­väis­tä lei­pu­ria ihan oikei­siin lei­pu­rin töi­hin. Työ­nä on monen­lais­ten lei­po­mo­tuot­tei­den val­mis­tus. Työs­sä mm. tai­ki­nan­te­koa, ylös­lyön­tiä ja paistoa. 

Täs­sä työ on hen­ki­löl­le jol­la on koke­mus­ta lei­pu­rin työs­tä tai vähin­tään lei­pu­rin perus­tut­kin­to. Mikä­li olet lei­po­mos­sa työs­ken­nel­lyt, toden­nä­köi­ses­ti lei­po­mon hek­ti­nen ryt­mi on jo ystä­vä­si. Aikai­sin aamul­la voi väsyt­tää, mut­ta sil­ti jak­sat nous­ta töi­hin. Päi­vät kulu­vat moni­puo­li­sis­sa työ­teh­tä­vis­sä nopeas­ti ja lei­po­mos­sa usein kuul­tu lause onkin “Apua, joks se kel­lo on noin pal­jon!” Kai­kes­ta pal­kin­to­na pää­set töis­tä kun päi­vää on vie­lä jäljellä.

Tähän työ­hön ei siis etsi­tä pak­kaus­ko­neen hoi­ta­jaa tai pro­ses­sin­val­vo­jaa vaan ihan oike­aa lei­pu­ria, joka osaa lait­taa kädet tai­ki­naan ja rii­va­ta limppuja. 

Etsim­me ensi­si­jai­ses­ti siis työ­ko­ke­muk­sen omaa­vaa lei­pu­ria (kou­lu­tus ei vält­tä­mä­tön). Suo­men kie­li on plussaa.

A bake­ry in the Fors­sa region is see­king a full-time baker for actual baking duties. The work invol­ves the pro­duc­tion of various bake­ry pro­ducts, inclu­ding dough pre­pa­ra­tion, proo­fing, and baking.

This job is sui­table for indi­vi­duals with expe­rience in baking or at least a pro­fes­sio­nal baker’s qua­li­fica­tion. If you have wor­ked in a bake­ry befo­re, you are like­ly alrea­dy fami­liar with the fast-paced rhythm of the bake­ry. Ear­ly mor­nings may be tiring, but you still mana­ge to get up and go to work. The days pass quickly with diver­se tasks, and a com­mon phra­se heard in the bake­ry is, “Oh no, is it alrea­dy that late?” As a reward for your efforts, you get to finish work befo­re the day is over.

We are not loo­king for someo­ne to ope­ra­te pac­ka­ging mac­hi­nes or over­see proces­ses, but a genui­ne baker who knows how to get their hands into the dough and knead loaves.

Our pri­ma­ry focus is on hiring a baker with work expe­rience (for­mal educa­tion is not neces­sa­ry). Know­led­ge of the Fin­nish lan­gua­ge is a plus.
