Sick lea­ve policy

In cases of sick-lea­ve must be repor­ted by cal­ling the Duu­ri-tii­mi num­ber: 045 78 76 73 64. A mes­sa­ge is not enough. If you can’t reach any­one on the Duuri-tiimi’s pho­ne, send a mes­sa­ge to it and call the super­vi­sor of the cus­to­mer com­pa­ny direct­ly at the unit you were sup­po­sed to go to. Usual­ly, the pho­ne num­ber can be found in the shift infor­ma­tion from Linkity.

Unless the col­lec­ti­ve agree­ment sti­pu­la­tes otherwi­se, the pay­ment for sick­ness absences requi­res a health care cer­ti­fica­te for absences las­ting a maxi­mum of three days. For lon­ger ones, a doc­tor’s cer­ti­fica­te (“A-todis­tus”) is required.

You can take a maxi­mum of three days wit­hout pay at your own notice if you are sick.

The Duu­ri team complies with the wage pay­ment obli­ga­tions accor­ding to the col­lec­ti­ve agree­ments even in cases of sick lea­ve. If you have just star­ted, ask us befo­re con­tac­ting healthca­re whet­her you are entit­led to paid sick leave.
