Täs­sä tulee hie­man infoa työ­suo­je­lu­toi­mi­kun­taan liit­tyen. Ehdok­kaak­si aset­tau­tu­mi­set tapah­tui 14.4.23 men­nes­sä. Ehdok­kai­ta tuli sel­lai­nen mää­rä, että äänes­tys­tä ei tarvita.

Työ­suo­je­lu­pääl­lik­kö­nä meil­lä toi­mii Eetu Mah­la ja työ­suo­je­lu­val­tuu­tet­tu­na Mira Piri. Työ­suo­je­lu­val­tuu­te­tun vara­val­tuu­te­tut ovat Pasi Poh­jo­nen ja Cia Viianen.

Työ­suo­je­lu­toi­mi­kun­nan ensim­mäi­nen toi­mi­kausi on lyhyem­pi, Tam­mi­kuu­hun saak­ka. Työ­suo­je­lu­val­tuu­te­tun toi­mi­kausi lop­puu Tam­mi­kuus­sa, jol­loin valit­sem­me työ­suo­je­lu­val­tuu­te­tun ja vara­val­tuu­te­tut seu­raa­val­le kak­si­vuo­tis­kau­del­le. Tämän valin­nan yhtey­des­sä perus­tam­me työ­suo­je­lu­toi­mi­kun­nan seu­raa­val­le kak­si­vuo­tis­kau­del­le niin, että työ­suo­je­lu­val­tuu­te­tun ja työ­suo­je­lu­toi­mi­kun­nan toi­mi­kausi on saman aikai­nen. Uusi toi­mi­kausi alkaa 1.2.2024.

Työ­suo­je­lu­toi­mi­kun­ta tulee kokoon­tu­maan tämän vuo­den puo­lel­la ker­ran, tar­peen mukaan useam­man ker­ran. Kokouk­ses­sa käsit­te­lem­me lain vel­voit­ta­mat asiat. Laki työ­suo­je­lun val­von­nas­ta ja työ­pai­kan työ­suo­je­lu­yh­teis­toi­min­nas­ta (44/2006)

Com­po­si­tion of the Occu­pa­tio­nal Safe­ty Committee

Here is some infor­ma­tion regar­ding the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty com­mit­tee. The can­di­dacy decla­ra­tions were sub­mit­ted by April 14, 2023. The num­ber of can­di­da­tes was such that no voting is required.

Our occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty com­mit­tee con­sists of the fol­lowing members:

1 per­son repre­sents the emplo­yer, repre­sen­ta­ti­ve being the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty manager.

2 per­sons repre­sent the emplo­yees, repre­sen­ta­ti­ves are Pasi Poh­jo­nen ja Cia Viianen.

1 per­son repre­sents the whi­te-col­lar emplo­yees, repre­sen­ta­ti­ve is Mira Piri.

Our occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty mana­ger is Samuel Alhai­nen, and the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty repre­sen­ta­ti­ve is Mira Piri. The alter­na­te repre­sen­ta­ti­ves for the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty repre­sen­ta­ti­ve are Pasi Poh­jo­nen ja Cia Viianen.

The first term of the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty com­mit­tee is shor­ter, ending in Janua­ry. The term of the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty repre­sen­ta­ti­ve ends in Janua­ry as well, at which point we will elect the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty repre­sen­ta­ti­ve and alter­na­te repre­sen­ta­ti­ves for the next two-year term. In con­nec­tion with this selec­tion, we will establish the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty com­mit­tee for the next two-year term, alig­ning the terms of the occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty repre­sen­ta­ti­ve and the com­mit­tee. The new term begins on Februa­ry 1, 2024.

The occu­pa­tio­nal safe­ty com­mit­tee will con­ve­ne once this year, and as nee­ded, mul­tiple times. During the mee­ting, we will address mat­ters requi­red by the law. The Occu­pa­tio­nal Safe­ty and Health Super­vi­sion and Coo­pe­ra­tion at the Workplace Act (44/2006).

Invi­ta­tions to the mee­ting will be sent to com­mit­tee mem­bers in due course.
